Pazziella, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Capri occupies a renovated villa on the heights of Via Fuorlovado, a five-minute walk from the Piazzetta. We tested a room with private terrace overlooking the Faraglioni, white terrazzo floor, natural rattan furniture, Carrara marble bathroom. The infinity pool overlooks the sea, teak sun loungers, chilled towel service in the afternoon. The restaurant offers a Mediterranean menu with island produce, fine Campanian wine list. From 2 500 € per night, rate justified by the view and the site's discretion. Service is attentive without being intrusive, we feel like at wealthy friends' home. We recommend Pazziella to thirty- and forty-something couples seeking Capri without the Piazzetta circus. It's an address for late honeymoons, wedding anniversaries, romantic retreats off-season (April-May, September-October). Families are accepted but the clientele remains mostly adult, here for the view and tranquillity.

Architecture and interiors
Renovated Capriote villa from 2024, typical white island architecture with barrel vaults and tiered terraces. Contemporary interiors by a Neapolitan studio: white terrazzo floors, rattan and natural linen furniture, Vietri artisanal ceramics. Rooms between 35 and 60 m², all with private terrace and sea view. Intimate scale, maximum of around 20 keys.

The Pazziella restaurant offers a short Mediterranean menu, renewed according to the market: fresh pasta, fish from the bay, island vegetables. Breakfast served on the terrace until 11am, local produce (buffalo ricotta, Capri lemons, Neapolitan pastries). Bar open until midnight, classic cocktails and selection of artisanal limoncello. Room service available 24/7, simplified menu after 10pm.

The Pazziella stands on Via Fuorlovado, south slope of Capri, a five-minute walk from the Piazzetta via the stairs. Marina Piccola reachable in ten minutes via the coastal path, private shuttle to Marina Grande on request. The neighbourhood is residential, quiet after 7pm, away from the centre's bustle. Capri heliport three minutes by car, Naples-Capri ferry in 40 minutes from the port.
