The Palazzo Doglio dates from 1665, built for a noble Sardinian family in the heart of the Stampace district. Baroque façade in blonde Cagliari stone, inner arcaded patios, barrel-vaulted cellars on three levels. The 2019 restoration preserved the original volumes (vaults, ceiling heights, corridors) while inserting contemporary design furniture, solid oak parquet, bathrooms in white Carrara marble. The ensemble comprises 42 rooms and suites, all different according to floor and orientation, between 28 and 65 m².

The restaurant Cortile Doglio occupies the central patio under a glass roof, Mediterranean cuisine with Sardinian products (pecorino, bottarga, Sardinian lamb).
