Lively district, mix of art galleries, artists' studios, Arab and Jewish restaurants, tourists and locals. No metro in Tel Aviv, taxis and Uber easy, Ben Gurion airport 30 minutes. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk, less crowded than those in the city centre.
