We recommend the Crowne Plaza to business travellers seeking a reliable 5★ without paying boutique-hotel prices on Rothschild, and to families looking for pool, space and proximity to the beach. Couples on a city break will find comfort and a rooftop for aperitifs, but not the intimacy of the design addresses in the north. It is a hotel for those who prioritise services (spa, fitness, room service) over signature architecture.

Contemporary glass-and-concrete tower, typical of Tel Aviv's business district in the 2000s. Light-marble lobby with double height, indirect lighting, standard IHG furniture. Rooms occupy the upper floors, floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, views over the city or the Judean hills depending on orientation. The rooftop on the top floor houses the pool and a teak solarium, the sole real architectural asset of the ensemble.

Restaurant Olive Leaf on the ground floor, Mediterranean cuisine and Israeli buffet breakfast (salad, cheeses, shakshuka, pastries). Bar Lounge in the lobby for cocktails and snacking until 23h, frequented by business clientele after work. Room service 24/7, unsurprising international menu. Nothing notable on the table, yet the morning buffet is generous and the kosher menu available on request.

Ben Gurion airport is 25 km, 30 minutes by car outside peak traffic. The area is functional, office towers and residences, with animation concentrated on Rothschild Boulevard, a 20-minute walk.
