The historic Tel Aviv palace that has seen all Israeli prime ministers pass through since 1948, facing the Mediterranean.
Royal Beach Hotel Tel Aviv by Isrotel Exclusive
From
433.795 €
“Private beach with sun loungers reserved for guests, direct access from the marble lobby.”
The Royal Beach Hotel Tel Aviv by Isrotel Exclusive occupies a nine-storey building on Hayarkon promenade, at the exact spot where the city meets the sea. We tested a Mediterranean-facing room: floor-to-ceiling glass bay, teak balcony, clear view over the orange parasols of the private beach below. The 1 200 m² spa offers hammam, sauna and treatment cabins with views of the waves, the outdoor pool remains open from April to October. The family rooms have two separate bathrooms, practical with children. The service is well-honed, mixed clientele between Israeli families, European couples and business delegations. From 434 € per night, a rate justified by the seafront location and the facilities ✨
Who is it for?
Who we recommend it to
We recommend the Royal Beach to families who want the beach without leaving the comfort of a palace, and to business travellers who prefer the sea to the tower district. Couples find what they are looking for for a Mediterranean weekend, breakfast facing the waves, spa in the afternoon. The clientele is international but mostly Israeli at weekends, relaxed atmosphere despite the standing.
The building
Architecture and interiors
The hotel occupies a nine-storey tower built in the 1970s, renovated in 2018. Modernist architecture typical of Tel Aviv's seafront, white facade with continuous balconies. Light marble hall, square columns, central blown-glass chandelier. The rooms measure between 28 and 65 m², all with balcony, bleached oak parquet and Jerusalem stone bathrooms.
At the table
Restaurants, bar, service
The main restaurant Carmel serves Mediterranean cuisine with buffet at breakfast (shakshuka, Israeli salad, smoked fish) and à la carte in the evening. The Lobby bar offers cocktails and tapas until midnight, outdoor terrace facing the pool. Hearty breakfast, 24-hour room service. No signature gastronomic table, but the quality remains consistent and the produce fresh.
