Two adjoining 18th-century Ottoman houses, renovated in 2018 respecting the original volumes (stone vaults, exposed beams, terrazzo floors). The architecture blends Turkish and Venetian influences: outrepassed arches, paved interior courtyards, walls in local limestone blocks. The owners have preserved the patrimonial elements (fireplaces, wall niches, solid wood doors) while inserting contemporary bespoke furniture. Human scale: 14 rooms spread over three levels, lift to the rooftop.

No proper restaurant, but a generous Greek breakfast served in the interior courtyard or in room: thyme honey yoghurt, spanakopita, tyropita, seasonal fruit, elliniko coffee prepared to order.
