Two adjoining 18th-century Ottoman houses, renovated in 2018 respecting the original volumes (stone vaults, exposed beams, terrazzo floors). The architecture blends Turkish and Venetian influences: pointed arches, paved interior courtyards, walls in local limestone blocks. The owners preserved the heritage elements (fireplaces, wall niches, solid wood doors) while inserting contemporary bespoke furniture. Human scale: 14 rooms spread over three levels, lift to the rooftop.

No proper restaurant, but a generous Greek breakfast served in the interior courtyard or in room: thyme honey yoghurt, spanakopita, tyropita, seasonal fruit, elliniko coffee prepared to order. The rooftop bar offers cocktails and light mezze (hummus, tzatziki, Kalamata olives) from 6pm to 10pm in high season.
