The building dates from 1930, Greek neoclassical architecture with ochre façade and green shutters, restored in 2015. Contemporary minimalist interiors: beige marble floors, dark wood furniture, linen and cotton textiles. Rooms measure 22 to 35 m², 3-metre ceilings, bathrooms in light travertine. The central garden retains sections of 14th-century Venetian walls, listed historical monuments.
