The Pullman de Part-Dieu bets everything on contemporary efficiency, without claiming any Lyonnais soul.

“Strategic location 200 metres from Part-Dieu TGV station, ideal for short stops between Paris and the South.”
The Pullman Lyon occupies a 2010s building facing place Charles Béraudier, in the Part-Dieu business district. The rooms play the Accor Design card: light wood, padded headboards, grey resin bathrooms. Natural light is adequate, views overlook the towers or the station. The fitness centre remains basic (treadmills, bikes, free weights), open 24/7. We sleep well, the soundproofing keeps its promises despite the railway proximity. From 157 € per night, it is an honest value for money for Lyon. The service is professional, without particular warmth but without fault either.
Who is it for?
Who we recommend it to
We recommend the Pullman Lyon to business travellers in transit, to families wanting to radiate towards Pérouges or Annecy without seeking Lyonnais charm, to couples who favour practicality over authenticity. It is a hotel for those who arrive late and leave early, or who prefer to spend their restaurant budget in the bouchons of the Presqu'île rather than in a palace. Regular Pullman guests will find their bearings, others will discover a reliable international standard.
The building
Architecture and interiors
The building dates from the 2010s, glass and concrete architecture typical of European business districts. Interiors signed Pullman: double-height lobby, graphic carpets, Ligne Roset furniture or equivalent. The rooms range between 20 and 35 m², standard ceiling height (around 2.60 m). Nothing historic, everything is functional and recent, maintained with rigour.
At the table
Restaurants, bar, service
The restaurant offers an international brasserie menu (risotto, burger, pavé de bœuf) without gastronomic ambition. Classic continental buffet breakfast, correct without being memorable. The lobby bar serves cocktails and Rhône Valley wines until 23:00. Room service available 24/7, reduced menu after midnight. We do not come here for the table, we eat here for convenience.

Location & access
Where the hotel sits in Lyon
The Pullman stands in the Part-Dieu district, Lyon's tertiary hub built between the 1970s and 2000s. The TGV station is a two-minute walk away, Part-Dieu shopping centre five minutes. Vieux Lyon and the Presqu'île are 10-15 minutes by metro (line B, Place Guichard station). Saint-Exupéry airport is 25 minutes on the Rhônexpress. The district is lively on weekdays, deserted at weekends, without architectural charm but very practical for travel.
