Architecture and interiors
The Palazzo Donà dalle Trezze dates from the 18th century, ochre façade on Calle Larga XXII Marzo, a stone’s throw from La Fenice theatre. Jean-Louis Deniot redesigned the interiors in 2022: Carrara marble floors, restored stuccoes, lacquered fir-green woodwork, brushed brass lighting. The rooms occupy the piano nobile floors, between 28 and 65 m², all different in window arrangements and ceiling heights. The spa and pool take the vaulted cellars of the ground floor, exposed stone and indirect lighting.

The Palais Royal restaurant occupies the piano nobile under 18th-century frescoes, French Mediterranean cuisine signed Philip Chronopoulos (ex-Palais Royal Paris). Breakfast served until 11am, short lunch menu (risotto, fresh pasta, Adriatic fish), six-course tasting menu in the evening. The Bellini bar offers Venetian cocktails and champagne by the glass, open until midnight. Room service 24/7, simplified menu after 11pm.
