It's a hotel for those who know Dubai and prioritise value for money over iconic address.

Typical Dubai Marina glass and steel tower, built in the 2000s during the property boom. Light marble lobby, standard Marriott ceiling height (around 2.80 m), contemporary furniture without architect signature. Rooms between 35 and 120 m² by category, all with panoramic bay window. The whole is well-maintained, functional, without design pretensions.

Main restaurant on the ground floor, international buffet in the morning (eggs to order, crêpe station), Asian-Mediterranean fusion menu in the evening. Mezzanine bar with marina view, classic cocktails and wines by the glass. 24h/24 room service, concise but effective menu (club sandwich, pasta, salads). No signature table or starred chef, but The Walk five minutes on foot groups around twenty restaurants (Pier 7, Asia Asia, Rhodes W1).

International airport (DXB) 35 km, 35 minutes off-peak, shuttle organised by the hotel. The district is lively until midnight, residential and cosmopolitan, less flashy than Downtown but more rooted in daily Dubai life.
