“Direct access to the beach from the 800 m² spa, with Marmara marble hammam and cabins facing the Aegean Sea.”
The Selectum Collection Bodrum occupies a headland in İslamhaneleri, two kilometres from the historic centre. We tested a suite with teak terrace, sliding glass bays, contemporary Turkish furniture in solid walnut. The infinity pool overlooks the private beach, beige canvas loungers, driftwood parasols. The spa descends in tiers towards the sea, white marble hammam, treatment cabins with direct view over the Aegean. Attentive service without being intrusive, English-speaking staff, continental breakfast served until midday. From 637 € per night, we recommend for a long seaside weekend out of season (May, September) ✨
Who is it for?
Who we recommend it to
We recommend the Selectum to thirty- and forty-something couples looking for a beach boutique hotel without the bustle of the peninsula's large resorts. It is an address for late honeymoons, wellness retreats, romantic getaways with spa and dinners with feet in the sand. Families find their place thanks to connecting rooms, but the atmosphere remains resolutely adult and hushed.
The building
Architecture and interiors
The Selectum Collection occupies a contemporary four-storey building constructed in 2018, clean white architecture with projecting balconies and wooden pergolas. Modern Mediterranean interiors: light limestone floors, bespoke walnut and rattan furniture, linen and cotton textiles in sand and pale blue tones. Generous volumes, 3.20 m ceiling height in the suites, floor-to-ceiling glass bays. The hotel comprises 42 rooms and suites spread over three levels, all with sea or garden view.
At the table
Restaurants, bar, service

Beach bar open from midday to midnight, signature cocktails with citrus and fresh herbs, Aegean wine list. Room service available 24/7, reduced menu after midnight.
