Ida B Domain stands at Lipa Noi, a fishing village on the west coast of Koh Samui, twenty minutes from the airport and thirty from Nathon, the administrative capital. The neighbourhood is residential and quiet, a few local restaurants five minutes by scooter, supermarkets ten minutes away. Chaweng and its lively beaches are forty minutes by road, Fisherman's Village (Bophut) thirty. Lipa Noi beach stretches three kilometres, white sand and sparsely built, ideal for sunsets without crowds or street vendors.
