Cape Beach Villa comprises two contemporary pavilions in teak wood and volcanic stone, built in 2018 on an 800 m² plot. Open architecture onto the gulf, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass bays, gently sloping roofs inspired by traditional southern houses. Four bedrooms of 35 to 55 m², grey terrazzo bathrooms, outdoor showers. Common areas: lounge-library, covered dining room of 40 m², 120 m² terrace with pool.

The villa restaurant offers a short menu, around ten Thai and Mediterranean dishes renewed according to the market. Fish and seafood bought in the morning at Nathon, wok or grilled preparations, herbs from the garden. Breakfast served until 11h, continental or Thai formula (jok, khao tom). Beach dinners organised on request, 48h notice, supplement 80 € per person. No formal bar, classic cocktail menu and wines available in the lounge.

Four-kilometre beach, the least frequented on the island, shallow waters ideal for children. Fisherman's Village (Bophut) ten minutes by car, night market on Friday, seafood restaurants. Samui Airport 25 minutes, Chaweng and its clubs 35 minutes (we avoid if seeking silence). The neighbourhood remains peaceful, a few discreet resorts, no high-rise construction.
