The building dates from the 19th century, classic Viennese façade in light stone, tall sash windows. Interior renovated in a Nordic spirit: solid oak parquet, white walls, preserved moulded ceilings. Rooms measure between 22 and 35 m², ceiling height 3.20 m. Contemporary furniture by Austrian designers, brushed brass light fittings, terrazzo or white marble bathrooms.
