A bed & breakfast facing the pyramids, twenty minutes from Gizeh, for the price of a Parisian Ibis.
Royal Hammis pyramids view Inn
From
23.47 €
“Direct view of the pyramids from some rooms, from 23 € a night, breakfast included.”
The Royal Hammis Pyramids View Inn occupies a residential building in Gizeh, two kilometres from the pyramid plateau. We book here for the view, not for the luxury: the rooms are simple, white tiles, basic furniture, wall-mounted air conditioning. Some units open directly onto Khéops and Khéphren, others onto the street. The Wi-Fi works everywhere, room service responds quickly, reception organises airport shuttles without surcharge. At 23 € a night, it is a solid base to visit the plateau without sleeping in saturated tourist zones. We do not expect a palace, we come for the proximity and the value for money.
Who is it for?
Who we recommend it to
We recommend the Royal Hammis to independent travellers who prioritise location and budget over standing. It is an address for families, organised backpackers, couples on an Egypt circuit who want to sleep facing the pyramids without paying 300 € a night. Groups of friends and early-morning photographers find their account here, access to the plateau takes ten minutes by taxi.
The building
Architecture and interiors
The hotel occupies the floors of a modern residential building, standard architecture of 2000s Cairo. Light-concrete façade, continuous balconies, tiled interior staircase. The rooms are functional, white ceramic floor, painted walls, double-glazed windows against street noise. No particular decoration, the emphasis is on cleanliness and the view.
