Architecture and interiors
The building dates from 1913, constructed for the De Nederlanden van 1845 insurance company in Dutch neoclassical style. Red-brick façade with natural stone surrounds, park-side bow windows. Interior redesigned in 2012 by Concrete studio: blend of preserved original mouldings and contemporary furniture (Minotti armchairs, Flos lighting). Rooms between 28 and 65 m², all different, some with restored marble fireplaces.
