Architecture and interiors
The building dates from the 1900s, typical red-brick Altbau Berlin façade, renovated in 2018 respecting the original volumes. Ceiling height 3.20 m, double-glazed sash windows, light oak parquet laid in the English style. Kitchens are integrated (matt white façades, grey Corian worktop), bathrooms in anthracite ceramic tiles with Italian-style shower. No lift: the building has three floors, original stone staircase.
