The hotel occupies an 18th-century hôtel particulier on rue de Lille, entirely reconfigured by architect Michele Bönan. Interiors in a Tuscan residential spirit: light wood panelling, veined marbles, bespoke furniture, original marble fireplaces in some suites. 29 rooms and suites all different, between 25 and 65 m², overlooking paved courtyard or quiet street. The 12-metre pool occupies the former vaulted cellars.

Restaurant Amaranto serves a Mediterranean menu signed by chef Dario Pisani, with Tuscan influences and French produce. Glass-roofed terrace open all year, breakfast served until noon.
