Six design apartments in the Old Town, a stone's throw from Republic Square, managed like a discreet boutique hotel.
Six Residences Prague
From
128.571 €
“Score 9,7/10 on 553 reviews, a rare score for Prague, with a rate from **128,57 €** per night that defies all 5★ competition.”
Six Residences Prague occupies a Soukenická building, pedestrian street 200 metres from Republic Square. We tested one of the six units: apartments with equipped kitchen, separate living room, original ceiling height, light parquet and Scandinavian furniture. Light enters through large double-glazed windows, effective against street noise. The airport shuttle service simplifies arrival, Wi-Fi holds everywhere. From 128,57 € per night, it is one of the best value for money we have seen in this category in Prague. The address suits stays of three nights minimum, families or couples who prefer the autonomy of an apartment to the service of a palace. We recommend without reservation ✨
Who is it for?
Who we recommend it to
We recommend Six Residences to travellers seeking the autonomy of an apartment with the standing of a hotel, families of four or couples on a long stay (three nights minimum). The address also suits thirty-somethings on a city break who prefer to cook in the morning and dine out in the Josefov bistros. Regulars of classic palaces will find the concept too minimalist, but those who prioritise space and calm will be perfectly at home.
The building
Architecture and interiors
The Soukenická building dates from the 19th century, restored neoclassical façade, six floors with lift. Interiors redone in a pared-back Scandinavian spirit: light oak parquet, white walls, Nordic design furniture, brushed brass pendant lights. The apartments retain the original high ceilings (around 3,20 m) and discreet mouldings. The whole breathes cleanliness and functionality, without frills or superfluous décor.
