We come here as much for the table as for the beach, the Nobu DNA (Japanese minimalism, dark wood, light stone) runs through all the common spaces and rooms. The spa offers treatments and hammam, the pool opens directly onto the Mediterranean, private beach access included. The clientele mixes regulars of the house (who know the menu by heart) and travellers drawn by the promise of a 5★ beach hotel with real gastronomy. The building dates from the 2010s, contemporary Mediterranean architecture (white volumes, large bay windows, teak terraces). Interiors signed Nobu Hospitality: Japanese minimalism, dark wood (wengé, ebony), light stone, indirect lighting. The rooms play on mat/shiny contrasts, natural textiles (linen, cotton), grey marble bathrooms with walk-in showers. The scale remains intimate, around one hundred rooms spread over four floors, no cathedral lobby.

The restaurant Nobu occupies the ground floor with terrace facing the sea, signature menu from chef Nobutaka Matsuhisa (black cod miso, yellowtail jalapeño, sushi omakase). Breakfast served at the restaurant or in room, continental buffet and à la carte plates. The bar offers Japanese cocktails (saké, Suntory whisky, yuzu) and nikkei tapas until midnight. Reserve the table two days in advance in high season, non-residents fill the room from 20h.
