Restia is a contemporary resort built in the 2010s, white architecture with geometric volumes inspired by Cycladic style adapted to Corfu. Interiors in local limestone, light woodwork, large picture windows opening onto the sea or pine grove. Rooms staggered over two levels, all with private terrace or balcony. The scale remains human, maximum hundred rooms, U-shaped layout around the central pool.

The neighbourhood stays quiet even in high season, beach little frequented by mass excursions that concentrate on Dassia and Ipsos.
