Architecture and interiors
Contemporary Cycladic architecture, white cubic volumes, tiered terraces facing the sea. Interiors by an Athenian studio (not disclosed), blend of traditional lime and Nordic design furniture. Rooms between 28 and 45 m² per our observations, all with private balcony or terrace. The whole dates from 2021, local materials (Mykonos stone, mulberry wood), construction respecting island codes without pastiche.

On-site restaurant with Mediterranean menu, grilled daily fish, revisited Greek salads, Cyclades and Peloponnese wines. Breakfast served on terrace until noon, thyme honey yoghurt, homemade pastries, eggs to order. Poolside bar for light lunches and cocktails until midnight. 24h room service, reduced but effective menu.

Psarou lies 4 km south of Chora, Mykonos's capital. Family beach in the morning, chic clubbing in the afternoon (Nammos, Principote 300 metres away). Taxi from port in ten minutes, private airport shuttle included. The area remains residential in the evening, calm after 23h when beach clubs close. Supermarkets and pharmacy in Platis Gialos, ten minutes' walk.
