The historic Monégasque palace that has seen kings, stars and fortunes parade since 1864.
Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo

“Direct access to Place du Casino and Monte-Carlo’s thermes marins, the 7,000 m² spa signed Chanel and Dior.”
L'Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo has occupied Place du Casino since 1864, and this address remains the symbol of Monégasque luxury. We bed down in rooms renovated by Richard Martinet, light marbles, beige silks, onyx bathrooms. The three pools (including one on the roof with sea view) and the 7,000 m² spa justify part of the rate. Alain Ducasse’s Le Louis XV restaurant has held its three Michelin stars since 1987, a rare consistency. Service is impeccable, clientele international, atmosphere very grand hotel. From 3 961 € per night, we pay for the address as much as the service ✨
Who is it for?
Who we recommend it to
We recommend L'Hôtel de Paris to travellers who embrace ostentatious luxury and seek Monaco’s mythical address. It’s a hotel for wealthy couples, birthday celebrations, casino weekends, international clientele accustomed to historic palaces. Families are welcome but the average age remains high, discretion is the order of the day.
The building
Architecture and interiors
L'Hôtel de Paris occupies Place du Casino since 1864, Belle Époque façade listed. Complete renovation by Richard Martinet between 2014 and 2019: light marbles, beige silks, onyx in the bathrooms. The 209 rooms and suites range from 35 to 500 m², high ceilings, bow-windows over the Casino or the Mediterranean. Contemporary grand hotel décor, no kitsch nostalgia.
